Wing Chun Kung Fu

Taught under Grandmaster Samuel Kwok's Association. This is a Southern Chinese style of kung fu which utilses the energy of your opponent.
It was brought from Foshan to Hong Kong by Great Grandmaster Ip Man.

Sports Psychology Consultancy

I have a PhD in Psychology and i am a Professional Sport Psychologist accredited by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences.

I work with sportspeople at all levels from recreational, amateur, to British squad level.

I am based in Blanytre, Glasgow, Scotland. Blantyre is near Hamilton in Lanarkshire.
